1:ORDERS
Orders :
Accept an order : we consider that by validating your order, you accept without reserve the general conditions of sale after having read them. When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout, containing information about the contents and price of the order.
2:RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Right of withdrawal and return of products:
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, for any distance selling operation, the buyer has a period of fourteen days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller. for exchange or refund, without penalty except for the cost of return. Prior to any return, the buyer must indicate his intention by means of the contact form available on the site and the buyer must wait for an agreement by e-mail before making it. The return will be made by registered mail.
Items must be returned in perfect condition for resale, they must not have been damaged in any way. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged.
Reimbursement to the buyer will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods by Marque Ta Page 42, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
3:PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Products:
The products offered by Marquetapage42.com each have a product sheet where the essential characteristics are mentioned, as well as a visual and a description. The bookmarks are artisanal products and therefore the photographs are intended to be as faithful as possible to the products, but Marque Ta page 42 cannot guarantee a perfect similarity of the products, in particular for colors and shapes. In addition, the products offered to you are those presented on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
Price :
Being self-employed, VAT is not applicable (art 293-B of the CGI). The prices indicated on the site are therefore inclusive of all taxes and excluding shipping costs. The prices of the products sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated inclusive of all taxes. The shipping costs vary according to the amount of the order and the destination thereof, the total price will be notified on the order in the basket during the purchase confirmation. The seller grants himself the right to modify his prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated during the registration of the order.
4: DELIVERIES
Deliveries:
Delivery is made to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form, so please check your delivery information so that your order is sent to the desired address. Marque Ta page 42 is not responsible for an error in entering the address on the part of the buyer and will not be able to return the goods. The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed. Any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the purchaser to the allocation of damages or the cancellation of the order. The risk of transport is fully borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated according to the country where you wish to be delivered. You must select the delivery zone to have the price of the shipping costs which are automatically added to your order. Shipments are made by La Poste in national or international tracked mail. Following the shipment of your order, you will receive a link allowing you to directly access the tracking of your package.
